- I am a trained interior designer who decided to incorporate my love of beautiful fabrics and trims into designing handbags. My business started unexpectedly about 5 years ago after seeing someone carrying a simple bag with a flower pin attached to it. I began experimenting with embellishing handbags and sold 400 of them at various shows the month before Christmas 2004. Realizing I was on to something, my current line of designer handbags was born.
